These birds should be allowed to continue on their journey, not ending it at Malta
Malta is widely regarded as the worst offender against the EU Birds Directive of all the European Union’s 27 member countries (2007, 2008, 2009, 2010) and at this rate there will be nothing left to migrate back to the uk, a lot of birds found dead in Malta were due to return to the uk to breed!
